Minimum Education High School or Equivalent Certified Food Protection Manager
Minimum Experience Sufficient previous experience with related demonstrable knowledge and skills
Preferred Education Culinary Certification with Approved Apprenticeship completed, Bachelor’s Degree
Management Experience Chef Apprenticeship, Supervisory experience required.
