POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Under the supervision and direction of the pharmacy supervisor and/or clinical-staff pharmacist, pharmacy technicians I assist the pharmacists with non-technical and some technical functions necessary for pharmacy operations
| Minimum Education | High School Graduate or equivalent |
| Required Certification / Registration | Current Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Technician Permit with completion of phase II Pharmacy Technician training as set |
| out in Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy approved “Pharmacy Technician Training Guidelines” | |
| Preferred Certification / Registration | Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) |
| Minimum Experience | No experience required |
| Preferred Experience | 1 year recent experience as permitted Pharmacy Technician |
| Preferred Course(s)/Training | Completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician Course |
