POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Provides a quality customer service experience while assisting with the registration of patients. Provides counseling regarding the financial aspects of the patient’s accounts.
Minimum Education | High School or equivalent |
Minimum Experience | On the job experience or equivalent in admitting procedures. |
Preferred Experience | Healthcare admissions, collections, customer service training, insurance knowledge. |
