POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Provides a quality customer service experience while assisting with the registration of outpatient visits for rehab services. May be required to provide counseling regarding the financial aspects of patient’s account including down payment and payment arrangements. Performs a variety of general clerical tasks to maintain the Outpatient Rehab Department. Performs general non-technical duties that include but not limited to preparing treatment rooms for use and cleaning equipment.

Minimum Education High School or equivalent
