Provides a quality customer service experience while assisting with the registration of inpatient admissions and outpatient visits for ancillary services. Provides counseling regarding the financial aspects of the patient’s accounts including down payment and payment arrangements for current and previous visits.

Minimum Education High School or equivalent
Minimum Experience On the job experience or equivalent in admitting procedures.
Preferred Experience Healthcare admissions, collections, customer service training, insurance knowledge.
