Minimum Education                                       Enrolled or Completion of Certified Dietary Mangers’ course

Minimum Experience                                      Sufficient previous experience with related demonstrable knowledge and skills

Req. Certification/Registration                       Dietary Managers’ Certification or Certification Eligible, Sanitation Course, Food Handlers Permit (must obtain certification within 12 months)

Preferred Education                                       Culinary Certification with Approved Apprenticeship completed, Bachelor’s Degree

Management Experience                                 Chef Apprenticeship, Supervisory experience required.
