Minimum Education                                       High School Education

Minimum Experience                                      3-5 years of experience in healthcare or on-the-job training

Preferred Education                                    Medical Assistant, LPN or Experienced Healthcare Professional

Skills: Administrative                                    Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communications skills

Professional presentation and demeanor

Answer telephones

Compile statistics

Compose letters/memorandums

Establish filing system

Input data into computer programs

Maintain filing systems

Maintain logs

Proofread documents

Research information

Schedule appointments
