At Northeastern Wound Management Center we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients that need wound care on an outpatient basis. At our center, we specialize in healing chronic wounds caused by diabetes, poor circulation or other conditions that keep 3 to 5 million Americans from doing the things they love to do every day. We hope that by offering this much needed service to our community that we will not only keep our neighbors close to home for all of their healthcare needs, but that they will see our commitment to providing unsurpassed excellence in healthcare.

Because you are an important member of your wound care team, there are a few things you should know. Your initial visit to the center will consist of a thorough evaluation and a complete history and physical exam to identify the type of wound and the underlying causes. Because chronic wounds are often related to other medical conditions, we integrate wound care with your primary care physician (PCP) and provide your doctor with regular progress reports.

Expected healing time will vary from patient-to-patient. Patients will have a care plan tailored to their specific needs from the NWMC Medical Director, Dr. Brent Rotton. Dr. Rotton wants you to know that he and his team will do their best to help your wound heal quickly and completely. The NWMC team offers complete wound management of:
